I am dedicated to providing smart, creative, above-and-beyond real estate services to my clients. Today’s real estate market is competitive, and I work hard to create opportunities for my clients and give them the information they need to make good decisions. My approach is based on rigorous analysis, strategic thinking, advanced preparation, smart negotiation, and frequent communication.

Formerly, I was an economics professor at the Colorado School of Mines and then a Vice President at Analysis Group, an international economic consulting firm. I have 30 years of professional experience as a real estate agent, teacher, researcher and corporate consultant. I earned an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in environmental and resource economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

My clients benefit from my expertise in business and economics, my knowledge of Denver neighborhoods, my life-long love of architecture and design, and my strong communication skills. I am honest, ethical, and compassionate. I dedicate myself to making my clients’ real estate transactions enjoyable, predictable, efficient, and successful.

Real estate transactions can be stressful and are often related to significant life events such as marriage, divorce, the passing of a loved one, or the birth of a baby. I am motivated by a desire to help people through these life transitions.

I moved to Colorado in 1998, first living in Golden and then in Park Hill. I moved to City Park in 2004 and am now in my third City Park home. My life has taken me all over the Denver metro area. I have worked in Golden, Lakewood, Downtown, City Park, and Cherry Creek, and my kids went to school in the Golden Triangle, Montclair, Park Hill, Five Points, Centennial, and City Park. My clients benefit from my broad-based “street view” neighborhood knowledge.

I like adventure – I have climbed 14ers, ridden my bike from Durango to Colorado Springs, lived in Turkey, and traveled in Mongolia – but I also like quiet time – walking with my dog and relaxing with a good book.
